Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Small Creek Forge. If you're not happy with your handcrafted item, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at smallcreekforge@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return shipping instructions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently replace items if they're defective or damaged. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
